AM I MAGNESIUM DEFICIENT?
Most Humans are Magnesium Deficient.
Most people are deficient in magnesium because our soil is deficient, therefore, the foods normally high in magnesium are lacking.
Magnesium is a macro mineral, meaning we use a lot it to function daily. Magnesium is crucial in more than 300 chemical reactions taking place in your body on a near constant basis.
The following is a list of 58 of the 100 factors in 68 categories to recognize magnesium deficiency, this list is from Carolyn Dean, M.D., N.D., book “The Magnesium Miracle” I highly recommend reading this book to learn more about Magnesium. If you would like to see the full list, it is on pages 17-20 of '“The Magnesium Miracle.” I am not paid to promote this book, it is just one of the many sources I used when finding information about magnesium. There are multiple books written about magnesium. I suggest reading many to get a clear and broad overview and multiple perspectives, to form a good knowledge base in order to make good decisions for your health and the health of those that you love.
