WHEN & WHERE TO APPLY
Magnesium Butter can be used multiple times throughout the day. If we normally would be getting Magnesium in our food daily, then using every single day is highly suggested to initially raise your magnesium levels and then to keep your magnesium levels high. In the morning the belly, lymph and I do rub over my heart at least twice a day. These are great spots and anywhere you are having aches and pains. Do not wear this product in the direct sun, for long periods of time. Topical magnesium will cause sunburn. In the summer or places of lots of sun, I suggest placing the magnesium under your clothes. At night I suggest using it everywhere, including the bottom of your feel and the palms of your hands. Not only are you getting your magnesium, you are also getting wonderful skin care. Magnesium has many amazing, life enhancing properties and a bonus is, magnesium is also great for treating all sorts of skin conditions and greatly improves nail and hair health. I do put this on my face at night. I suggest using a teaspoon to a tablespoon a day. Magnesium is great if you are feeling sluggish and out of energy in the middle of the day. I use this product at least three times a day on my belly, going in a clockwise motion around the belly button. If you are feeling a sore throat or chest coming on, apply magnesium butter to the front of your neck and chest. Besides helping people sleep as one of the most popular uses of magnesium, it is an amazing anti-inflammatory.
