MY JOURNEY TO TOPICAL MAGNESIUM
My journey in understanding the importance of topical magnesium began in April of 2022. I recently moved into an apartment without a bathtub. Bathing in Epsom salt has always been a huge relief for my aching muscles and a great way for me to relax. Pure Magnesium flakes were brought to my attention and I decided to incorporate pure magnesium chloride flakes into my already amazing body butter consisting of all organic and pure shea butter, coconut oil, and castor oil. I made the magnesium butter in hopes of easing my aching muscles. The first day I used my product was a very exciting day for me. Along with easing my sore muscles, I felt a huge increase of energy during the day, less stress and anxiety, I was sleeping like a newborn baby and just overall I felt such a positive change in my health and state of mind. This led me to realize that I absolutely was deficient in this macro mineral, like most people. My excitement grew when I understood how this could help so many others optimize their own health. I have changed my diet many times, trying to find a way to increase my energy levels and all along, my magnesium deficiency was the issue. Top athletes and iron men and women need to take a huge amount of magnesium to perform at the highest levels. I had taken an oral pill before, but had never noticed any kind of change that was substantial. At this point, I began researching magnesium to find out how this was such a game changer for me.
Your skin is your biggest organ. Topical magnesium, when applied, goes right into your blood stream. If you experience tingling sensation or anything like this, you are most likely very deficient and trans dermal application works very quickly. If this happens to you, do not stress. It is simply your body reacting to the magnesium. Our soil is deficient in magnesium, so even if you think your diet is high in magnesium, it may not be. While researching magnesium I found studies by PubMed and NIH. These studies show when magnesium is taken orally, say 350 milligrams, you may only be getting 10-12 milligrams and it can take up to 11 months to build up your magnesium. Where as topical had a 100% success rate and can build up your magnesium in a matter of weeks. I noticed a difference within the first day of topical magnesium. Reading these studies did not surprise me because of the total difference in my well being from the first time I used topical magnesium. After creating my product I brought my product to the people via farmers markets. I gave out free small samples of the magnesium butter at these markets and I had people use it immediately on areas of pain. On multiple occasions these people would come back 5 to 10 minutes later, feeling relief that quickly.

My life has always been about being outside, playing sports and staying active. I am extremely grateful that I was blessed to have found a way, to have the energy I need to be active and feel alive again.
