Muscle Pain, Muscle Cramping, Muscle Recovery & Magnesium
How much magnesium do your muscles need? Magnesium does so much throughout the whole body that you can’t separate it’s activities. It is not just a muscle mineral. Magnesium is responsible for over 80% of known metabolic functions. If you take magnesium, thinking you’re supporting your muscles to help with lactic acid build up or cramping or restless legs, maybe your body has a different priority in mind, like energy production or sleep or making stomach acid or supporting your thyroid and adrenals or helping your pancreas keep your blood sugar in control or balancing out your cholesterol or blood pressure or keeping your heart rhythm happy. It does so much more than this and if you read my previous blog about magnesium as an anti-inflammatory and all the dis ease your body goes through when you are deficient in magnesium, then you will begin to understand why magnesium is known as the “miracle mineral” and the “spark of life.” I am convinced, with my research, that magnesium’s role in our health is severely understated. I do believe this is done by design.
This blog explains, exactly why I tell all of my customers to use a lot of product for the first few days, because you are most likely deficient and because it may be helping with so much more than leg cramping or what ever issue you may have and that is also why I suggest getting a spray as an easy way to get your second or third dose of magnesium. We would normally be getting our magnesium in our food, multiple times, daily, but that is just not the case anymore, because our soil is very depleted of many minerals that are important for our bodies to thrive. A statistic I read said, more than 80% of people that go to the doctors office for a visit, lead back to a magnesium deficiency. You will be then sent home with a pill that will further deplete you of this precious mineral. The FDA has made it illegal for me to say that magnesium can treat or prevent disease, because it is not considered a “drug” and that is because if we all had enough magnesium, the amount of suffering of people, would significantly decrease and big pharma would lose a lot of money. Luckily, my product is not mass produced and certified by the corrupt FDA, so I am able to tell you that magnesium is, absolutely, connected to disease. Do not take my word for it, do the research for yourself. Many countries will not import our food and companies that make foods for the US and others countries will take toxins out that are not allowed in others countries, yet remain in the food sold to Americans??? What a clown show. How do these people sleep at night. People will sell their souls for some money, is what is boils down to or they are just soulless.
Our food has become weaponized, to use against us. Here is a video, which is one of many, explaining this.

Muscle cramping, pain and recovery are issues my product helps many people with, including myself. Athletes are especially deficient because they sweat out so many minerals. Over 50% of magnesium is stored in your bones and replenished throughout your body at night. The rest is stored in your soft tissue, which includes muscle. Only 1 percent of magnesium is found in the blood. Foods in our diets are over-calcified and processed foods are filled with toxins, as you will see if you watch the video attached. Calcification causes muscles to harden, your heart is a muscle. The number 1 cause for heart palpation’s is low magnesium. In my previous blog I talked about how low magnesium causes inflammation because magnesium is a huge anti-inflammatory and crucial in helping the central nervous system function. Heart disease stems from inflammation and low magnesium also can cause the heart to harden. Magnesium is what naturally keeps muscles soft.
My love and prayers go out to all those that have been affected by tornados, hurricanes, and fires. There has never been a more important time to be healthy, be strong and unite as a people.
