Inflammation & Topical Magnesium

Chronic inflammation is the leading cause of disability and mortality, world wide. Inflammation is the first thing that happens to your body, when you become low in magnesium. Months and years of constant, low magnesium causes chronic inflammation, creating dis ease, then leading to disease. While researching, I was amazed to find out just how many issues people experience, that are directly related to inflammation from low magnesium. Here are some examples of the vast amount of illnesses, disorders and diseases that come from chronic inflammation.

1. Autoimmune diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, osteoarthritis, gout, lupus, psoriatic arthritis, JIA, and fibromyalgia

2. Cardiovascular diseases, such as high blood pressure and heart disease

3. Gastrointestinal disorders like IBS, diverticulitis, Crohn’s disease, and ulcerative colitis

4. Lung diseases such as COPD and asthma

5. Mental illness, such as depression, stress and anxiety

6. Metabolic diseases, such as type 2 diabetes

7. Neurodegenerative disease, such as Parkinson’s and Alzheimer’s.

8. Migraines and headaches are also linked to the inflammation of the blood vessels in the forehead.

There should be an infomercial telling the masses to use topical magnesium! All of these issues are directly linked to inflammation from low magnesium. Some of the inflammation issues are further complicated because they are a muscle, such as your heart. Your heart is the hardest working muscle in your body. The role magnesium plays in muscle recovery and health is absolutely crucial. Everything in our diets is over calcified. Calcium is what makes your muscles hard and as we age, our muscles also become more calcified. Magnesium is what softens your muscles, 40-50% of magnesium is stored in muscle and soft tissue and 50-60% of magnesium is stored in the bone and that is what really makes your bones strong, not calcium. That is why osteoarthritis is an inflammatory issue caused by low magnesium. Therefore, if your chronically low in magnesium, this can create inflammation of the heart and cause cardiovascular disease and because your heart is also a muscle, chronically low magnesium can cause your heart to harden and create heart palpitations. I will be discussing magnesium, your heart, muscle recovery and health in another blog. I just wanted to point out that low magnesium wreaks havoc on our most crucial parts, such as the heart.

I am not trying to tell people what to eat, but just share this information. The main reason I put this video up is because you will hear him tell you that the leading cause of heart disease is inflammation. Topical magnesium will help with the inflammation. I have a customer who started using my magnesium daily for her arthritis, after months of use and zero pain, she went to her doctor and the x rays showed no inflammation and space between her knuckles, where there had previously been no space. She was even able to crack her knuckles again. Cracking of the knuckles happens when there are gas bubbles in the synovial fluid of the joint and it pops. My customer told me even her doctor was amazed by the findings. I do not blame doctors or nurses for the incompetence of our medical system as a whole. My mom is a retired nurse and I have family in the health care system. I do think our emergency and surgical medicine is life saving and did save my own life, having broken my neck and back and femur, snowboarding. Big Pharma is what I am talking about and how they are taught to use a drug to treat the symptom, not the cause. That is my issue with health care. This medical system was created by the Rockefellers in the early 1900’s for the purpose of power and control over the people. We have been so far removed from our true food source and natural wellness with all of the processed foods and drinks, corporate takeover of small farming and the creation of synthetic drugs. The best source of magnesium is magnesium! The most effective form of magnesium is topical, our skin is the biggest organ of our body and the magnesium is absorbed right into our soft tissue and distributed around the body. The depletion of the soil causes our food to be severely lacking magnesium, which is where we would normally get magnesium from, multiple times a day, as we eat. The over farming and negligence of corporate farms to regenerate the soil, creates a food supply, that, no matter what kind of whole food you choose to eat, it will be lacking magnesium. Sugar is detrimental to magnesium levels and found in most everything from sauces to bread. The soil being deficient is not the only factor, there is also sugar, caffeine, alcohol and processed foods and prescription drugs, that further deplete us.

The vitamin and supplement market have no regulation and even if they did, it would most likely be a joke like the FDA, letting poisonous food, in our stores, on a mass level. All the research and studies I have read about oral magnesium, have brought me to the conclusion, that oral magnesium does not work effectively and if it does work a bit for sleep, which is the most common one people take, then why does this not also get rid of leg cramping or general aches and pains or arthritis pain or migraines or PMS and so much more? These kind of things are made just well enough to help one issue? I am not bashing oral magnesium because I make topical, if it worked effectively, I would also promote it. I also used an oral magnesium in the past, though I knew nothing about it, I did not experience anything, especially compared to my topical experience of immediate relief in noticeable ways. Topical magnesium is the most bio available and has the greatest positive results with 100% efficacy. I truly think that all of the oral magnesium types are just meant to confuse people and they really do nothing but make money for mega corporations, creating low quality products with no efficacy. A tiny amount of oral magnesium might be absorbed by the small intestine and can take 10-12 months to even build up your magnesium levels! I also think the same mega corporations that are Big Pharma create many of the vitamins and supplement supply, that they know will do hardly anything for us, thus keeping you going back to the doctor with issues that they will then find a pill to put you on, that will lead to the complete destruction of your health. No synthetic pill can replace magnesium. I think we have been so brainwashed, as a society, that many do not realize this.

I find it quite strange, as I am researching, when I look up major reasons for, let’s say arthritis, finding a Johns’s Hopkins study, not a single sentence in this study will tell you that low magnesium could be the cause. It is your work, weight, injury, age, gender, heredity. These are factors not causes! They think we are so stupid to even publish some of this stuff, that is clearly gas lighting us and meant to confuse and redirect. When you have the money big pharma has, creating mis leading studies can easily be bought and there are prestigious medical institutions that are controlled by this agenda. The agenda of keeping people sick. I have had so many people with arthritis in their hands come to my tent and try a free sample and experience pain relief very quickly. We are all being lied to on a mass scale. Keeping us sick or in pain and having to go to your doctor, is how our completely corrupt, for profit medical system, makes billions. When I was researching for my last blog about energy production and magnesium, the studies I found would blame fatigue on poor eating habits, emotional stress, lack of exercise and lack of sleep? All of the symptoms come back to one cause, which is low magnesium. Poor eating is directly linked to decreasing magnesium, stress is a symptom of low magnesium, lack of exercise could be linked to be tired and also not sleeping, which again, are all linked to magnesium levels being low.

There are some mega corporations that make topical magnesium.. Are they really using filtered water? Are they really using the highest quality magnesium chloride? Are they making their own magnesium oil and what is the strength? How quality are their ingredients? Just enough to help you sleep but not enough to ease aches and pains or heart palpitations? Do the people on the assembly line care about their work and do the owners care about their workers?? Are they using plastic containers for their sprays and lotions, which are basically creating plastesium?! Topical magnesium should never, ever be sold in plastic containers. It should always be put in glass! I do not really trust anything that is mass produced. I do not think they care about getting quality ingredients that actually work. They care about making money. I play a high vibrational music while making every batch, because everything holds a frequency. I also wash and dry every glass container by hand, with organic soap. Hand made does make a difference! We need to go back to a society that stops using this mass produced junk and support people who actually care about your health and are creating products that are high quality and actually work.

Most people do not realize the increase in health you will experience in just a short time, when using topical magnesium daily. I for sure did not and I have spent the last 2 years trying to educate people so they too can feel better daily and enjoy life to the fullest. I mean, why else are we here? I feel blessed every single day that I discovered magnesium and decided to make a topical form. It has been the greatest thing to ever happen to my health!
