I created this for spot pain and a great way to get a big dose of magnesium to keep your nervous system calmed daily! This is also great for general wellness, because we can not optimize our health with low magnesium levels. This is super strength magnesium oil, castor oil and boron that absorbs into the skin quickly. I use this product daily, along with my spray and butter. I like to use this product on my knees, neck, lower back and the bottom of my feet. This product can be used on your entire body. A little bit goes a long way.
